CourTney Collins was born
in September of 1983, in Warren, Ohio. She attended Howland High
school and later graduated from Kent State University as Magna Cum
Laude in December 2005. She is currently working on her Master’s of
Broadcasting and Reporting at Kent State University. Her interest
in video came about at the young age of 12. CourTney has worked
with PBS 45/49, Teleproductions at KSU, ABC Sports and Avid
Communications. She is currently teaching Videography at Kent
State University.
Her freelance work from 2003 to
present includes being a producer, director, videographer and editor
for a Graphite Sales, Inc. safety video; producer, director,
videographer and editor for a Daily Kent Stater commercial;
videographer and editor for the 2004 Fashion Student Organization
Fashion Show; editor for instructional projects for KSU faculty; and
an editor for a promotional video for a middle school reading
program, Read 180.
While CourTney's signature 'T'
stands out in her name, her working title is T-Productions.
Her career goals are to continue teaching Videography and one day
work on the set of major motion pictures.
